How do I contact you?

Our Customer Service team are happy to help with any queries or problems you may have. Our offices are open from 8:00am until 8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-5pm Saturdays and 9am - 2pm on Sundays (except Holidays). Please write us: 29 Exchange Support

What forms of Payment are accepted?

We accept - PayPal - ApplePay - and the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

What is the currency of the store? Can I pay in another currency?

We'll automatically display prices in your local currency on the product pages and on the order summary page. All customers are billed in US Dollar and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). We have no control over these rates and does not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment but we are looking into options.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
